Richard A Minich, the author of six musky fishing books, has been fishing for forty-nine years. Twenty years ago he deduced that he liked it, and embarked on a quest to catch a great Musky. Along the way he learned some stuff in spite of himself. The Becoming a Musky Hunter trilogy represents his journey. Richard was distracted from his life's goal by working in factory management for 27 years and owning a business for eight years, while helping his wife raise two children and a dozen dogs. At 55 years of age he decided to stop messing around and write and publish fishing books. The three Joe Gaspe novels represent his recent work
